Meet the Woman Who Sees Behind the Scenes

For the past few days, I’ve been letting you get to know a little more about me.

Today, I decided to let someone else tell you.

Meet Liz, my Operations Manager and the person who probably knows more about what happens behind the scenes of my life and business than almost anyone.

She sees the ideas before they’re fully formed. The excitement. The frustration. The pivots. The “I just thought of something!” messages. And yes, occasionally the chaos.

So, for today’s Ultimate Blog Challenge, I turned the camera on and asked Liz a few questions about authenticity, working together, balancing all the roles we carry, and what Megan Fuciarelli is REALLY like when there isn’t a microphone in my hand.

I also gave her permission to tell the truth.

I’m already questioning that decision.
